Returns

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from Christor Decor you can return your item(s) for a full refund within 90 days of purchase. (Returns must be unused, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging). Starting Nov 5, 2016 there will be a restocking fee of 15% on returns for non damaged items. Please read the description and product sizes carefully before ordering. If unsure of any product details please  Contact Us for full clarification. 

It may take 5-10 business days for your return to reach us. Once it is received and inspected (usually within 72 hours of receipt) your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.

Please note: Do not send merchandise in a padded envelope or other non-sturdy package - if we receive the product(s) back damaged - we cannot refund you, it must arrive back to our store in perfect resalable condition. We recommend that you provide tracking and insure the package - as we cannot be responsible for items that break in transit or are lost or missing during the shipping process.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Exchanges

We will accept exchanges for 90 days after purchase date.  All items must be unopened and in its original packaging. Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. The item must be unopened and in its original packaging.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser and are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
